Along with the post, she shares a photo of herself and the children, which is said to have been taken by her husband Prince William. The princess was admitted to hospital in January where she underwent stomach surgery, writes NTB. She was discharged after two weeks. Kensington Palace has not disclosed what she underwent surgery for, except to say that it was not cancer.
