Which led to around 85,000–90,000 customers losing power in the area. Roads were also closed as many traffic lights were out of order. It is said to have been raining and foggy in the area when the accident occurred. Montgomery County Fire Chief Scott Goldstein says they have been in contact with two people on board the plane via cell phones. He will not describe the condition, but says “we have been in contact with them”. The rescue agency on site is working to get them rescued from the plane.
