5 February 2024 at 19:52 Person pulled from river – cardiopulmonary resuscitation initiated On Monday evening, a person is said to have ended up in a river on Nodeland in Kristiansand, more precisely near Gjervoldstad. The person has been retrieved from the water, and the emergency services have started cardiopulmonary resuscitation. A person must have observed that another person fell into the river, and must have jumped into the river to save, says operations manager Ronny Aateigen Andersen in the Agder police district. The emergency services moved out with divers and a rescue helicopter is on its way.
