25 June 2023 at 14:09 Person found lifeless in the water in Troms A person has been found lifeless in the water in Grovfjord in Troms, the police say on Twitter. The person was pulled ashore by a person who then alerted the emergency services and started first aid. The fire brigade and ambulance helicopter are on the scene.
