Wednesday morning brought trouble for the Ruter app, for just over an hour the app was down and travelers received an error message when trying to buy a ticket. It was also not possible to show a valid monthly ticket or apply for travel proposals. Now routes notify of a security update at 1 p.m. The app will therefore not be usable for the second time today. – The minute the app is updated, customers can travel without a valid ticket, says Øystein Dahl Johansen, Ruter press officer.
