According to TBC, there was heavy rain and strong wind. A witness tells the channel that rescue efforts are underway. Precision Air is an airline from Tanzania, based in Dar-es-Salaam. Lake Victoria is located in Central Africa, between Uganda in the north, Kenya in the east and Tanzania in the south.
