Borch submitted a master’s thesis in jurisprudence at the University of Tromsø in 2014. E24 points to several similarities between Borch’s thesis and assignments submitted at other universities in 2005 and 2009, without any references or references to these. Among other things, several of the same typos must be identical to passages in Borch’s master’s thesis.
