Minister for Research and Higher Education Sandra Borch obtained a master’s degree in jurisprudence at UiT Norway’s Arctic University in Tromsø. Parts of her master’s thesis have several passages that are identical to assignments submitted by previous students, writes E24. Borch submitted her assignment in 2014. Now it emerges that her assignments have parts that are exactly the same as assignments submitted by other students in the past. It is E24 that has compared Borch’s and other students’ assignments. There they discovered several similarities. Borch’s master’s thesis dealt with safety regulation in Norwegian petroleum law. Borch has called in a press conference tonight at 8 p.m.
