There was no doubt who the favorite was during the 30th edition of the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards (SAG), when they held their annual awards ceremony on Saturday. “Oppenheimer,” which depicts the life of J. Robert Oppenheimer and the development of the atomic bomb, won the award for best film cast, as well as statuettes for Cillian Murphy’s leading role and Robert Downey Jr.’s supporting role. While Jeremy Allen White, who plays the brilliant and problematic head chef in “The Bear”, was named best actor in a comedy series for the second year in a row.
