– We were notified just after 21:00 that a person had been found lifeless just outside Tønsberg. He is now confirmed dead, says operations manager in the South-East police district, Roger Aaser, to news. At the moment, an extensive search is underway in the area of Ormøy outside Tønsberg. Divers from Larvik fire and rescue are in the water. – We are working to find out if there may have been more people in the boat. There is nothing to indicate that it is anything other than an accident, but we are also working to investigate that now, says Aaser. The main rescue center leads the rescue operation. A Sea King helicopter from Rygge and crews from the Coast Guard ship Nornen are participating in the search. So do the lifeboat Eivind Eckbo, and boats from the Red Cross and the fire service.
