– We are now working to identify the deceased and notify next of kin. The deceased will be sent for an autopsy, says John Kåre Olsen, operations manager in the Finnmark police district, in a press release. The police are investigating the cause of the fire and it is too early to say anything about it, but it may look as if the fire started in the room where the deceased was found. There were a total of 33 residents at the institution when the fire started. – Now the investigation will begin, and we hope to be able to get a picture of what has happened and why it took to burn, says the operations manager.
