26 October 2023 at 08:40 One person critically injured in traffic accident on Jæren There has been a head-on accident on Jærvegen in Time municipality. One person is critically injured. This person and another person have been taken to Stavanger University Hospital by ambulance. There was a man in his 30s and a man in his 60s who were involved in the accident. According to the police, there is extensive material damage to both cars. Forensic technicians from the police and the accident team of the Norwegian Road Administration are on their way to the scene. The Kleppe tunnel is open again after being closed for a while. Traffic management is in progress regarding the detour Jærvegen/Brautvegen and Jærvegen/Lalandsvegen.
