A man armed with a knife took several hostages in a restaurant in Paris, reports the French newspaper Le Figaro, among other things. Four people were held captive inside a restaurant. A little before 16:30, AFP and Le Figaro report that the man has been arrested and that the hostages have been released. No one should be injured. French police are on the scene with large forces.
