Baseball legend Pete Rose, who was banned for life after gambling on his own sport, has died aged 83. Rose holds the record for most hits in Major League Baseball with 4,256 hits over 24 seasons. He was nicknamed “Charlie Hustle” because of his tireless effort and passion on the field.
