15 February 2024 at 07:29 Norway will train Ukrainian marines This spring, Norwegian soldiers will start training Ukrainian marines in small boat operations, writes the Ministry of Defense in a press release. The training is a first step in the maritime coalition work that Norway leads together with Great Britain. – We must contribute where we can make a difference. Here, Norway can supply the expertise in demand in the world stop. Norway has developed a good relationship with Ukrainian marines through training in Norway, now we are taking this cooperation further and establishing a special training scheme, says Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram (Sp).
