Norway contributes 125 million euros. This is what the Ministry of Defense writes in an email to NTB. The agreement was first announced by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius on Tuesday. – I am very happy that we have been able to form this joint team with allies to contribute critically important air defense capacity to Ukraine, says Norway’s Minister of Defense Bjørn Arild Gram. Minister of State Jonas Gahr Støre announced in Stockholm at the end of May that Norway will contribute NOK 2.7 billion to air defense measures for Ukraine, with the main part going to a German-led initiative for long-range air defense.
