It is important for Europe’s and Norway’s security that Ukraine succeeds in standing up to Russia’s attacks. Norway has contributed massively to Ukraine through 2022 and will continue the support in the years to come, says Norwegian Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram in the press release. – Together with other EU and NATO countries, Denmark is in the process of meeting with a number of different military contributions. Our cooperation with Norway is an important example of this, says acting Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen. Norway donates the grenades themselves, while Denmark donates the associated fire tubes, gunpowder bags and primer cartridges, the Norwegian Ministry of Defense informs NTB.
