This week, the UN’s highest court, the International Court of Justice in The Hague (ICJ), opened a hearing on the international law consequences of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. More than 50 countries make contributions during the week-long hearing in The Hague, and on Friday it was Norway’s turn. – A military occupation cannot be permanent, said head of expedition Kristian Jervell in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Norway’s submission.
