North Korea shot, Thursday, May 8, several ballistic missiles in short range towards the Japanese Sea, announced the South Korean army.

These are the first ballistic missile shots by North Korea in almost two months. The most recent had taken place on March 10, when South Korea and the United States carried out military exercises in the region.
A ban on having such missiles
The sanctions imposed by the United Nations against Pyongyang for its nuclear program prohibit him from having ballistic missiles, which perform most of their trajectory outside the atmosphere.
