Høiby’s defender, lawyer Øivind Bratlien, has been very unavailable for comment, but on his way into the Oslo district court on Wednesday morning, he gave some comments about the case to the press at the scene. – He has not made a decision on anything yet, the lawyer answers when asked by Dagbladet whether Høiby has made a decision on the charge of threats.
