As June draws to a close and the heat rises, it’s clear that it has been a month full of reviews and analyses . Our table has seen a host of various gadgets, from smartphones to tablets, and even a body thermal dissipator, the new Nintendo Switch 2, and a super-automatic coffee maker. Without further ado, let’s recap the 12 reviews published in June.
OnePlus 13s

We start with the OnePlus 13s, a compact device that impressed us greatly. The phone addresses one major issue with small smartphones: battery life . Thanks to its silicon-carbon battery technology, which OnePlus and OPPO are showcasing with outstanding results, it manages to deliver. The downside? This model won’t be available in Spain, at least not for now.
OnePlus Pad 3

OnePlus has also launched a tablet that we quite liked. The OnePlus Pad 3 is emerging as a strong contender for the best tablet of the year, thanks to top-notch hardware, excellent design, and a remarkable price-to-quality ratio . Its software left us somewhat underwhelmed, especially since unlocking its full potential requires the official keyboard. But overall, it’s an outstanding tablet.

Cons

- The starting price is a bit misleading: you’ll need to add the official keyboard
- Certain limitations in Europe: no fast charger, and wireless keyboard compatibility issues due to European regulations
Sony WH-1000XM6

Sony WH-1000XM6 | Image: Xataka
Sony has done it again. If we were impressed by the WH-1000XM5, the new Sony WH-1000XM6 has upped the ante in terms of sound quality and noise cancellation. While they are not cheap, they are among the best over-ear headphones available right now.

- Their price may put them out of reach for some users
Nintendo Switch 2

Nintendo Switch 2 | Image: Xataka
The latest Japanese console has landed, and as expected, it has sparked various opinions. From our perspective, the Nintendo Switch 2 is not a revolution, but rather a generational upgrade with better performance, although it doesn’t reinvent the wheel. The key, of course, lies in its lineup of exclusive games.
iOS 26

This month, we also managed to get hands-on with iOS 26, the latest version of Apple’s operating system. The new Liquid Glass design line feels risky, and its AI still lags behind competitors, but fortunately, there’s still time for Apple to smooth out the rough edges. iOS 26 (not 19, but 26) is expected to launch alongside the new iPhones, likely in early September.
Redmi Pad 2

The second tablet on the list is the Redmi Pad 2, the successor to the original Redmi Pad and especially popular last year. Although it may not be the most powerful or capable tablet on the market, it stands as a serious candidate for anyone looking for an affordable, simple device for reading, watching movies, or browsing.

Pros

Cons
- The processor could be better
- HyperOS 2 does not perform as smoothly as we would like in this model
- The base configuration with 4GB RAM is not worth it
OPPO Watch X2

OPPO Watch X2 | Image: Xataka
The OPPO Watch X2 is, along with the OnePlus Watch 3, the best smartwatch on the market right now. It is a practically perfect smartwatch in all aspects, especially excelling where other Wear OS watches usually fall short: battery life. Thanks again to silicon-carbon technology, we loved it. While it’s not the cheapest watch, it’s highly recommended.

Sony Reon Pocket Pro

Sometimes, our analysis table features curious products, and one of the latest is the Sony Reon Pocket Pro. This personal cooling device is designed to be worn around the neck and promises to regulate your body temperature. The results are… interesting, though it left us with a somewhat mixed opinion.
POCO F7

POCO F7 | Image: Xataka
POCO, the sub-brand of Xiaomi, returns with a competitive device that is visually appealing and offers a good price-performance ratio. The POCO F7 still falls short in camera capabilities, and there’s room for improvement in software, but at this price point, it’s a device worth considering.

Vivo X200 FE

Vivo X200 FE | Image: Xataka
In the compact smartphone line, we have the new Vivo X200 FE. This device is compact only in name, as it boasts high-end specifications. Its design is fantastic, and so is its battery and software. However, the heat dissipation in such a small body is something to be desired.

Ninja Luxe Café

We conclude with the Ninja Luxe Café, a super-automatic coffee maker that offers certain manual options. The result is genuinely appealing, but it’s not a coffee maker for everyone. It’s made for true coffee lovers, as the saying goes.
Xiaomi Smart Band 10

Xiaomi Smart Band 10 | Image: Xataka
We end with the Xiaomi Smart Band 10, a fitness band that has evolved slightly from the previous model but hasn’t revolutionized anything. Xiaomi has managed to refine its basic bands, turning them into a product that is highly mature and receives very few complaints.
In summary, June has been a captivating month for gadget enthusiasts. Whether it’s smartphones, tablets, or other unique devices, there’s something for everyone. These reviews underline the continued innovation and competitive spirit within the tech industry, setting the stage for what lies ahead in the coming months.
