– I saw a man come to the place with a bag. He picked up a weapon and started firing, says Rønneberg. Rønneberg was on his way to a nightclub when he turned around and saw a person putting a black bag on the ground. From the bag, the person pulled out a firearm. – At first I thought it was an air force. Then the glass in the nightclub next door was broken, and I understood that I had to get cover, says Rønneberg. He says that the bartenders quickly got the guests into the nightclub and locked the door. The first police patrol arrived quickly at the scene. Then I realized that the scope of this was much larger than I thought. There were several injured who received help, and there was panic among people in the street, says Rønneberg. Several police officers tried to save lives. Others secured the surrounding area. – And several stood with weapons to protect everyone who was there. It was a strong image, says Rønneberg. – There were lots of happy people in the streets. People celebrated pride, and the outdoor cafes were full. Then everything turned to panic and despair, and there are dead people in the streets, says Rønneberg. – The strongest pride ever Survivors and witnesses gathered at the Rosenkrantz Hotel.
