Kensington Palace says the photo was taken by Prince William last week. It shows a happy and healthy Kate together with Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte. Princess Kate was admitted to hospital in January where she underwent stomach surgery. She was discharged after two weeks. Kensington Palace has not disclosed what she underwent surgery for, except to say that it was not cancer. She is on the mend but will not resume her public duties until Easter, according to Kensington Palace.
