The Borgarting Court of Appeal has decided that, among other things, they must look at the question of guilt again. 26 people ended up in hospital, two of whom suffered brain damage, after they inhaled diesel exhaust during an illegal rave party in a closed bunker on St. Hanshaugen in Oslo in August 2020. The appeal case has not yet been scheduled.
