The Borgarting Court of Appeal has decided that, among other things, they must look at the question of guilt again. – My client is happy that the case is coming up again and that the question of guilt can be assessed again as they did not agree with the assessment that the district court made at the time, says defense counsel for one of the defendants, Ida Andenæs. 26 people ended up in hospital, two of whom suffered brain damage, after they inhaled diesel exhaust during an illegal rave party in a closed bunker on St. Hanshaugen in Oslo in August 2020. The appeal case has not yet been scheduled.
