17 October 2022 at 15:20 New indictment after the Nav murder in Årstad A new indictment has been issued after the Nav murder in Bergen in September 2021. A 40-year-old man is charged with having killed an employee of Nav and for attempted murder of another Nav- employee. In the new indictment, the wording that the man can be considered insane has been removed from the text of the indictment. The new indictment applies instead of the previous indictment, the state attorney writes in the indictment.
