The explosion is said to have been heard by a correspondent at the scene. Earlier on Wednesday, a first explosion was reported inside a toilet in the courtroom. A man who was supposed to attend a court hearing allegedly detonated an explosive charge. A large police operation was launched to investigate the incident. The extent of the damage and whether or not anyone has been killed is still uncertain. The building must be cordoned off.
