*Dün ‘dost bildiklerim’ diye, bizimle dayanışma gösterenlere sitem ediyor. Bu olmasaydı iyi ilişkiler devam ederdi, biz de katkı sağlardık. Sen bozdun ilişkileri. Demedim mi ben Sosyalist Enternasyonal’de başkan yardımcısıyım, Türkiye’nin menfaatini savunurum dedim…
*Böyle bir muhalefet anlayışını ‘Türkiye’ye şikâyet etme’ diyor. Parti kapatma davasında heyet oluştur Avrupa’yı gezdir, bize darbe olunca ‘susun’. Darbeden vazgeçeceksin öyle susacağız. Bütün dünyaya anlatacağım.
Yeni anayasa tartışmalarında Özel, tarafını şu sözlerle belli etti:
* AİHM kararına uyma. Anayasa Mahkemesi kararına uyma. Anayasa’yı ayaklar altına al. Anayasa’ya aykırı şekilde; bir kişi siyasete girerse hakim ve savcı, geri dönemez. Bakan yardımcısı en siyasi makam. Sen diyorsun. Nasıl getirdin? Anayasa’da yazmıyormuş. O tarihte bakan yardımcılığı yoktu ki sen uydurdun sonradan. Şimdi bunlar olurken ‘Efendim 12 Eylül Anayasası’ndan kurtulmalıyız, sivil Anayasa yapmalıyız.’
* Kemerlerinizi bağlayın, bir kere daha yere çakılacağız. Her bunu (anayasa) dediğinizde felaketle karşılaşıyoruz. Bir felaket değil çözüm üretecekseniz, geçmiş pratiğinize göre böyle bir şey beklememiz mümkün değil. Bunların hepsini yapanla anayasa değil menemen yapamayız.
