– Now the focus is on what we have to do, and tasks ahead. We will get through a tough winter and a tough time. But we have faith in the policy we are pursuing, and we shall carry it out in good dialogue with the party. This was said by Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre (Ap) when he met the press ahead of the party’s central board meeting at Youngstorget in Oslo today. The central board meeting is an ordinary meeting, which has been planned for a long time. But it is the party’s first central board meeting, after the Labor Party last week received a crisis poll as low as 16.9 per cent. – We must listen closely to our party organisation, because it is eyes and ears around the country. But I am quite confident that we have set a good course, and now we must have the strength to stick to it, says the Prime Minister. But we are now determined to use all our strength and energy on solutions for all those who are now worried about interest and bills, says Følsvik ahead of the central board meeting.
