When the Ukrainian underwater drones loaded with explosives approached the Russian fleet, they lost contact and were supposed to be harmless on land, writes the author Walter Isaacson in the book called “Elon Musk”. Elon Musk is said to have made the decision because he was afraid that Russia would respond to the Ukrainian attack with nuclear weapons.
