The man who has been missing in Sunnfjord has been found dead, the police say. The man in his 70s, who has been missing since the end of September, was found dead on Saturday in Førde, on the south side of Viefjellet. Relatives have been notified. There were several search operations and many volunteers who came forward when the man went missing from Førde central hospital on 26 September. – The next of kin are very grateful for all the efforts that have been made to find the man, the police say. The man was found on Saturday by Norwegian Rescue Dogs who were out searching on their own initiative.
