The public prosecutors in Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane have today brought charges against a total of five men. The men are all in their 20s. Three of the men are accused of aggravated rape of a woman. The police believe the men tied the woman up and then had sexual intercourse with the woman. According to the Criminal Code, aggravated rape can be punished with imprisonment of up to 21 years. The rape is said to have taken place in Bergen last year. Also indicted for sexual intercourse with a minor One of these men is also indicted for sexual intercourse with a minor girl together with two other men. The girl was under 16 when the sexual intercourse took place and the incident took place in Bergen in 2020.
