The inmate was described as follows: approximately 184 cm tall, with black hair approximately 6-7 cm long, a dark ten-day beard, and a scar located left of his thyroid . At the time of the sighting, he was wearing a red baseball shirt, gray shorts, a dark baseball cap, and Crocs shoes . He was also seen riding a black bicycle with green lettering.
