A food delivery man who saw a woman being threatened in an apartment notified the police. When the police arrived at the scene, the woman had sought refuge in the courier’s car, while the man stood outside and threatened with an axe. The police had to threaten with firearms before the man surrendered. He was then taken to police custody. During a search of the apartment, the police found an air pistol. Neither the woman nor the food delivery boy was injured, the police said.
