The court states that the murder was unprovoked and that the reason for the 29-year-old stabbing was because he wanted a lump of hashish from the deceased. “Without warning, he grabbed a knife and stabbed the deceased with the knife so that he died,” the judgment states. The man accused of murder was with two others when he was arrested a few hours after Slåtta’s murder.
