Man injured in NM in dog sledding – news Vestland



A man has been taken to hospital after he was injured in the NM in dog driving which is organized at Bontveit in Fana in Bergen. The extent of the damage is unknown, the police report. A dog team returned to the target area without a dog handler. A short time later, the male dog handler was found injured on the track. He was taken in an ambulance to Haukeland for further examinations and treatment. The police are investigating and questioning witnesses. One hypothesis is that the dog team may have had too much speed down a hill, and that the dog handlers have been thrown off, write the police.
