25 September 2022 at 12:49 Man in his 40s flown to Haukeland after accident during tree felling A man in his 40s was flown to Haukeland University Hospital after being hit by a tree in Meland in Alver, the police say. The man was in a party of four who were felling trees privately when the accident happened. – He has received some head injuries, it is unknown if he has other injuries. He was conscious when he was flown to hospital, says operations manager Tore André Brakstad in the West police district.
