A man in his 30s from Porsgrunn has been flown to Ullevål hospital with serious injuries after a violent incident last night. The man himself contacted the health service. The police inform at 09.26 that they have arrested a local man in connection with the incident of violence, also in his 30s. The police were notified of the incident at 05.15 on Sunday. – We sought out what we now assume is the crime scene. Based on information we have received here, we believe we have arrested suspects in the case, says task leader Sondre Dahl. Several serious incidents of violence in the last 24 hours This is the third serious incident of violence in the area during the last 24 hours. Yesterday, a man died after being stabbed with a knife in Skien. Three people have been arrested and charged with grievous bodily harm resulting in death. Later in the day on Saturday, another man was hit in the head with a hammer and taken to hospital. The police do not see any connection between the incidents.
