July 7, 2022 at 11:40 Man charged with the murder of Sunniva Borgen The public prosecutor has, by order of the Attorney General, issued an indictment against a 30-year-old man for the murder of Sunniva Borgen (23) in Åsane on 12 September 2021. According to the indictment, the accused attacked Borgen and struck with a clenched fist, before stabbing her more than 50 times. The castle died after five days in hospital. The indictment also states that he tried to resist when he was arrested and spat at by a police officer. The 30-year-old man has pleaded guilty to the murder.
