The emergency services have started a rescue operation in the waterway between Oppheimsvannet and Gudvangen. A canoe was observed empty in the waterway, and there must have been two people in it a short time earlier. The Stalheim and Sivlet tunnels in Voss, and the Gudvanga tunnel in Aurland are closed due to the rescue mission.
