17 January 2023 at 11:13 Big cuts at OUS Oslo University Hospital will cut heavily in the future. Among other things, they want to cut 30 man-years at the women’s clinic, 40 at the children’s and youth clinic and 80 man-years at the clinic for mental health and addiction. At the women’s clinic, they will cut two to four maternity beds. According to what news understands, the goal in several departments is to solve the decline in man-years by cutting overtime and the use of temporary workers – not by dismissing employees. In total, the hospital has to cut more than 440 man-years.
