19 August 2024 at 13:24 Violent incident at Oslo school: search for perpetrator The police are searching for a person after a violent incident at Bjørnholt upper secondary school. A sharp object is said to have been used during the incident. – One student is slightly injured and has been taken to hospital, says the incident leader in the Oslo police district, Svend Bjelland. The violent incident must have happened inside the school and several police patrols are now looking for the perpetrator. – We have an idea about who did it here, and are actively searching for that person, says the task leader. – He himself knows what he has done and asks him to contact the police so that we can clarify it in a sensible way. The incident leader says that they were notified of the incident just after 1pm on Monday. The police will not yet comment on whether the perpetrator is a student at the school. It is also too early to say anything about the cause of the incident, says the task leader.
