8 January 2024 at 12:04 Login problem for all public services On Monday, problems with logging in via the ID port were reported, writes the Directorate of Digitalisation. The ID port is a common solution for logging in to a number of public services in Norway that are operated by the Directorate of Digitalisation. – We are working hard and intensively to identify the error. We cannot say anything about how long the problems will last, says the directorate’s communications adviser, Sol Daler Stafsnes. It has not been possible to log on to any public services via the ID port since 10.27am. – We are currently experiencing problems with logging into Helsenorge. Login via the ID port is down due to operational disruptions at the Directorate of Digitalisation. If you have previously logged in to the Helsenorge app, you will be able to use this, writes Helsenorge. The same error also affects Nav, the Swedish Tax Agency, Digipost and other public services under the ID portal.
