The boy was walking alone, and was only wearing a nappy when he was found at 11.19am. – It was a random passer-by who found the boy. He took him into his car and gave him a jacket. He then waited for ten minutes before calling the police, in case someone came running to look for the boy, says Roger Aaser, operations manager in the South-East police district. The boy is otherwise in good shape. The police are on their way to take care of the boy, and ask members of the public who have information about who it may be to call 112.
