The lion cub has been housed in a zoo. Sonja Mandic, the head of Palic zoo, says that the lion cub, a female, was malnourished and weakened. It is now receiving intravenous nutrition and treatment. – It can be between three and six months old, says Mandic. A resident saw the lion cub on the road and called the police, who took it to the zoo. It must have been friendly and not afraid of people.
