They do this without acknowledging or denying any form of criminal guilt. Soulja Boy and Austin Mahone are the only ones who have not agreed to the repayment. According to the press release, the celebrities should have been encouraged not to say that they were paid to take part in campaigns in social media where they promoted the crypto platforms. – Sun encouraged investors to buy TRX and BTT by setting up campaigns where he and celebrities did not say that the celebrities were paid for their tweets, says SEC chief Gary Gensler in a statement from the regulator.
