She also won the best man award for best female athlete at the entire event. Horne says to news that today’s victory means a lot and that she is extremely satisfied with her own efforts. She says that the goal for the event was to win gold and the best man award, which she secured after her first lift of 111 kilos in a stroke. The victory was admittedly not without drama, as Horne fainted during the 114 kilogram lift in a shock. – It looks much more dramatic than that, the rod landed a little wrong and came over the breathing tube. She says that this can happen in weightlifting, and that she has no pain now. Next weekend she is going to Iceland for the Nordic championships, which she is looking forward to. – The goal is gold, but it can be a good match.
