Aalesund has had a terrible start to the season and is last in the Eliteserien with zero points after four games. Sunnmørsklubben is the only team in the league that still hasn’t scored a goal. On Wednesday, a local match awaits against Molde, who have also had a tough start to the season. Nilsen has been Aalesund coach since August 2020, but was unable to save the club from relegation.
