Citlalli Hernandez, the Secretary for Women, elaborated on a comprehensive plan targeting sexual abuse, indicating an upcoming modification to the Federal Penal Code. This is particularly critical given that a staggering 70.1% of women in Mexico have experienced violence.


16 Days of Activism: Taking Action
