The security forces are said to have both shot and used tear gas against demonstrators in Mahsa Amini’s hometown of Saqqez, the organization reports. It happens the day after a memorial ceremony for her death. On Tuesday it was 40 days since 22-year-old Amini died in the custody of the morality police in Iran.
